Our homes have a referral and admissions process that supports all children and young people who move into a residential home to be admitted in a planned and sensitive manner.
The home will ensure that arrangements are planned and executed in order to make the arrival and admission of the children/young people as pleasant as possible.
The greatest possible care will be taken when considering referrals and placing children/ young people appropriately.
Bright Futures accept referrals via email at [email protected]. Please include your contact details. Initials and age of CYP with a brief outline of reason for referral and a member of our team will contact you to discuss further.
